1. Who we are

This website is operated by Nomas FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity (FZE LLC) licensed by Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone under licence number 2623813668888. We are the seller of the products on this website. The products are produced and packed in Spain by Oleícola Álvarez S.L. (“the producer”), for which we act as authorised distributor in the UAE. The producer is not a party to your purchase.

These terms apply to consumers buying for delivery in the UAE. Business customers may agree separate terms in a written quotation. Where a quotation conflicts with these terms, the quotation applies.

2. Products and information

Product information on this website comes from the producer's labels, certificates, laboratory reports and shipping documents. Photographs are the producer's own, or label artwork where marked. Packaging and label design can vary between production runs; the product description on the pack you receive takes precedence.

Laboratory results we publish relate only to the samples tested and are not guaranteed values for every bottle. We do not make health or medical claims about our products.

3. Prices, VAT and delivery fee

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) per bottle or tin, as shown when you prepare your order. Products supplied only as a sealed box (such as 18 ml single-dose portions) show the price for the whole box. Case quantities for trade customers are quoted separately through our wholesale enquiry; the case price is the unit price multiplied by the number of units in the case unless we quote otherwise. No VAT is charged: Nomas FZE LLC is not registered for UAE VAT.

A delivery fee of AED 25.00 applies per order and is shown at checkout before you send your order. Delivery is free when the order subtotal, before delivery, is AED 200 or more. We do not add any other fees. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before confirming your order and you may cancel at no cost.

4. How ordering works

1. You add products to your cart and enter your details at checkout.
2. Choosing “Send order via WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with your order written out. The order is only sent to us when you press Send in WhatsApp.
3. Your message is an offer to buy. It is not a confirmed order, and no payment is taken on this website.
4. We reply to confirm availability, the total, the delivery date and your payment method. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (on WhatsApp or by email).

We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or the order appears to be fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Availability and pre-orders

Stock availability is confirmed with each order. Products marked “Pre-order” belong to a shipment that has not yet arrived (First UAE shipment expected mid-November 2026). We will confirm your delivery date when we confirm your order. If we can only supply part of an order, we will ask you whether you want to receive the available items or cancel.

6. Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery or by a payment link sent on WhatsApp. A payment link is sent only after we confirm your order, and card payments are processed by the payment provider named on that link. We never ask for card details on WhatsApp, by phone or on this website. For cash on delivery, please pay the confirmed total to our delivery representative.

7. Delivery

Delivery arrangements are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel before dispatch free of charge. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Details are in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

9. Invoices

We provide an itemised, dated invoice for every confirmed order, showing each product, quantity, unit price, delivery fee and total. It comes with your delivery or by email if you give us an email address.

10. Customer support and complaints

11. Your rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on trading by modern technological means. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where the law does not allow this limit.

12. Brands and content

Alva Oliva, Aceites Álvarez and related names, labels and photographs belong to Oleícola Álvarez S.L. and are used with its permission. Other website content belongs to Nomas FZE LLC.

13. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. We may update these terms; the version shown when you send your order applies to that order.
