Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates. When we confirm your order on WhatsApp we check your address. If we cannot deliver to it, we tell you before you pay and you can cancel at no cost.
Delivery fee
Delivery costs AED 25.00 per order to one address, and is free when your order subtotal reaches AED 200 before delivery is added. The fee is shown in your order summary before you send your order, and it appears as a separate line on your invoice. No VAT is charged: Nomas FZE LLC is not registered for UAE VAT. For large trade orders we confirm delivery terms in your quotation.
Timing
Pre-orders: First UAE shipment expected mid-November 2026. Pre-orders are delivered once the shipment has arrived and cleared customs; we will message you with a delivery date.
For all orders, we agree a delivery date with you when we confirm availability. If we can't meet the agreed date, we will tell you as soon as we know and you may cancel for a full refund.
On delivery day
Our delivery representative will contact you on the mobile number you gave us. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and, for cash on delivery, to pay the confirmed total. If a delivery can't be completed, we'll contact you to arrange a new time.
Checking your order
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking, missing or wrong, tell us as described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Store olive oil away from heat and excess light, as the label advises.
What we don't offer
- Collection from our registered office
- Delivery outside the UAE through this website. For export enquiries, use the wholesale form.
